Cash Poster

The Cash Poster is responsible for reconciling all reimbursement payments from health plans and patients against the drugs and services rendered. This role involves maintaining cash posting reports, processing NCPDP payments, and ensuring accurate posting of payments to patient claims and invoices. The position requires investigating unpaid or underpaid insurance claims, collaborating with the Billing department for resolutions, and providing customer service to patients and medical offices.
