Cash Services Teller Lead

The Cash Services Teller Lead supervises cash operations within a vaulted facility, including deposit and ATM residual cash verification, change order preparation, and currency and coin inventory management. This role provides services to large banks, correspondent and niche banks, large corporate and small commercial entities, and coin and ATM customers. The position involves monitoring staff performance, ensuring accountability and security of all funds, and adhering to compliance and industry standards. The role also requires assuring quality customer service, scheduling staffing to meet productivity goals, and approving exception processing.
