Cashier (Customer Service Associate)

As a Cashier (Customer Service Associate), you are the first and final interaction for Floor & Decor’s customers, responsible for providing excellent customer service through greeting customers, checking out customers, handling product returns, and performing basic cash office functions. The role involves processing transactions using the point of sale system, managing refunds and exchanges, and ensuring compliance with company safety processes. Full-time and part-time positions are available.
