Casual Chef

An experienced Chef is needed to join the Spotless team at the Adelaide Immigration Detention Centre, preparing and serving culturally diverse, nutritious meals to support the health and well-being of residents. The role involves assembling and producing food as directed, ensuring strict compliance with HACCP food safety standards, and maintaining high hygiene and stock control practices. This position requires a strong work ethic and the ability to contribute to a culture of safety and quality improvement within the facility.
