Casual Control Centre Operator

As a Control Center Operator at GardaWorld, you will manage after-hours scheduling and support day-to-day operations for branches across Western Canada. The role involves handling high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries and escalations, and liaising with branch management and security guards.
