Casual Interest Pool - Digital Navigator

The Digital Navigator provides individualized or small-group assistance to current and prospective students who need help locating affordable home internet service, internet-capable devices, and coaching in introductory digital skills. This role is crucial to Portland Community College’s efforts to provide digital literacy support, equitable internet access, and assistive technology training for underserved students and residents of the Portland metro area. The position is casual, part-time, and in-person, serving as an interest pool where qualified applicants will be contacted when opportunities become available.
