In this community nursing role, the Nurse Specialized in Wound, Ostomy and Continence (NSWOC) Nurse will provide and promote evidence-based advanced assessment, management, and care related to wounds, ostomies, and continence. This position emphasizes both consultative processes and direct care for all patient groups as part of the ParaMed nursing health care team.
