Casual Youth Worker

The role provides professional, consistent support to young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness within the Oasis Youth Service Crisis accommodation in Surry Hills. Working in a 24/7 rotating roster, the successful candidate will assist the case management team, create a therapeutic environment, and respond to immediate safety concerns while helping young people access health, housing, education, and employment services.
