Category Manager, Capex & MRO

The Category Manager for Capex & MRO develops and executes sourcing strategies for capital equipment, tooling, industrial services, and maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) categories to support manufacturing operations in China. This role plays a critical part in enabling the company's localization and growth strategy through procurement leadership of major capital investment projects, manufacturing capacity expansion, and operational support services. The position requires close collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, operations, quality, supply chain, finance, and global procurement teams to ensure optimal value through competitive sourcing, supplier development, and cost management.
