About this role

The Category Manager – Drilling & Completions develops and executes category strategies to support safe, reliable, and cost-effective well delivery operations across a multi-basin asset base. This role serves as the commercial lead for critical drilling and completions categories, ensuring alignment with operational objectives, market conditions, and enterprise strategy. The position partners closely with internal teams to define requirements, execute sourcing strategies, mitigate supply and cost risk, and manage supplier performance.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute category strategies for drilling and completions operations
Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and negotiate critical D&C services and materials
Manage supplier performance frameworks and mitigate supply chain risks
