Catering Assistant

This role supports the Head Chef in managing catering operations and preparing meals for a diverse range of guests, including school residentials, private events, and weddings. The position requires flexibility to work outside normal hours, including public and bank holidays, to ensure high-quality service delivery. The successful candidate will assist with ordering, stock management, and maintaining food safety standards.
