Responsibilities

• Secure signed catering agreements and create Banquet Event Orders for incoming leads.
• Coordinate event logistics including setup, staffing schedules, and equipment availability.
• Manage client relationships and conduct pre- and post-event follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee catering budgets, analyze operational costs, and process payments accurately.
• Supervise team members, provide coaching, and lead weekly meetings to align on goals.
