Catering Manager

This role involves leading and supervising a busy catering brigade to deliver market-leading customer service while ensuring seamless delivery of partner dining and function services. The position requires driving sales, managing food and sundry costs, and maintaining strict compliance with hygiene and health and safety policies. It is a permanent position based at the London Central Office with a standard Monday to Friday working pattern.
