Catering Sales Manager

The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for booking, selling, planning, and coordinating all banquets, recreation, and meeting facilities at Shore Lodge, Whitetail Club, and The Cove. This role focuses on generating revenue by establishing new accounts, monitoring bookings, and ensuring exceptional quality and service standards for clients and their guests. The position requires effective communication, strong time management, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver successful events.
