About this role

The Cath Lab Lead Technician coordinates scheduling and efforts of Cath Lab Technologists, provides training and mentorship, and serves as the primary technical and patient support during invasive and non‑invasive cardiac procedures. This role ensures equipment readiness, maintains patient safety, and leads on‑call procedures while overseeing the unit in the absence of a supervisor or director.
