C/CSM

The C/CSM is responsible for the overall success of assigned conventions, managing and executing group contracts to ensure all guest room, meeting space, and food and beverage agreements are fulfilled. This role involves fostering strong client relationships, coordinating with hotel departments to execute events, and driving revenue through upselling and preferred vendor promotions. The position requires maintaining high customer satisfaction scores and proactively resolving potential service issues.
