Center For Youth
The CD Prevention Counselor provides school-based crisis intervention, prevention counseling, and case management services to youth. The role includes conducting assessments, developing individual service plans, coordinating with school staff and community agencies, and facilitating groups and workshops.
We provide temporary & transitional housing, crisis nursery services, school-based counseling, street outreach, and much more to the Rochester community.
