Center For Youth
The CD Prevention Counselor provides school-based crisis intervention, prevention counseling, and case management services to youth. This role involves conducting comprehensive assessments to identify issues related to substance use, problem gambling, and other risk factors, while developing Individual Service Plans. The counselor collaborates with school staff, faculty, and community agencies to ensure quality support and facilitate groups or workshops as needed.
We provide temporary & transitional housing, crisis nursery services, school-based counseling, street outreach, and much more to the Rochester community.
