About this role
The AVP, Surveillance Support (L10) at Synchrony is a surveillance-focused role within the Home & Auto organization supporting the CD & Sales Governance pillar and partnering with U.S. stakeholders. The position supports surveillance program design and planning, develops and maintains test documentation and requirements, and ensures compliance and risk mitigation across commercial and governance processes. It reports to the VP, Surveillance Planning and Analysis and operates to enable effective cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
