CDA Floater

The CDA Floater assists the Teacher in facilitating quality, individualized early childhood education by implementing developmentally appropriate practices in an inclusive environment. This role involves collaborating with Early Childhood Specialists to plan and implement activities that enhance children's growth, promote social competence, and ensure parental involvement. The position requires maintaining a positive work atmosphere, ensuring classroom safety, and adhering to Head Start and GA licensure standards.
