The Infant/Toddler Teacher facilitates quality, individualized, early childhood education by implementing developmentally appropriate practices in an inclusive environment. Under the direct supervision of the Center Manager, the role involves working as a team with Early Childhood Specialists to plan and implement activities that enhance children's growth and development, promote social competence, and ensure parental involvement. The position requires maintaining a positive work atmosphere, ensuring classroom safety, and adhering to licensing and accreditation standards.
