ICF is seeking an experienced CDBG-DR Economic Revitalization Grant Manager Lead to support HUD Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery programs focused on economic revitalization. The position is within ICF’s Disaster Management division and provides advisory and subject-matter expertise to support recovery efforts for jurisdictions including Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and Hawaii. Ideal candidates will have strong familiarity with federal disaster recovery programs and CDBG-DR regulations.
