This position offers a training program for new CDL-A holders to gain driving experience on a western regional fleet, including paid weekly training and a guaranteed check for the first three months of solo driving. The role involves hauling dry van freight across western states, averaging around 2,000 miles per week with home time every two weeks. Drivers are compensated with a starting rate of 50 cents per mile, stop pay, and a monthly performance bonus, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401k match.
