This position is for a newly graduated CDL-A driver seeking to transition into a solo career through a paid mentorship program. The role provides guaranteed weekly pay during a 4 to 6-week training period with an experienced mentor, followed by immediate progression to full solo pay rates. Drivers will operate assigned 2022 or newer Kenworth or Freightliner trucks on a 12 days out / 2 days home schedule.
