CDL Driver Recruiter

This position is responsible for screening and selecting candidates for driving positions, maintaining candidate databases, and organizing interviews. The role involves reviewing online applications, posting recruitment ads, and maintaining contact with candidates throughout the recruitment process. The recruiter ensures compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations and coordinates candidate approvals with Safety and Operations.
