The CDM Analyst ensures accurate charge capture and compliant billing practices by governing the Charge Description Master (CDM) within the Freeman Health System. This role partners with clinical, operational, finance, and IT stakeholders to maintain fee schedules, prevent revenue leakage, and ensure adherence to federal and state regulations. The position requires supporting new services, auditing existing charges, and optimizing reimbursement across various supporting systems.

Responsibilities

Govern enterprise Charge Description Master (CDM) for accuracy and compliance
Collaborate with stakeholders to prevent revenue leakage and optimize reimbursement
Maintain and update facility and professional charge pricing structures
Audit charges to ensure alignment with federal and state regulations
