CDS Trainee - Medical Records

The CDS Trainee - Medical Records role involves conducting clinically based concurrent and retrospective reviews of inpatient medical records to evaluate clinical documentation for quality-of-care outcomes and reimbursement compliance. The position requires collaboration with medical staff to facilitate appropriate clinical documentation of patient care and conducting documentation for inpatient admission criteria.
