Cellar Operator I

The Cellar Operator I performs routine cellar and barrel-room work under the direction of the Operations Supervisor, focusing on sanitation, wine and juice movements, barrel work, harvest activities, and accurate recordkeeping. This role builds foundational cellar skills while adhering to standard operating procedures and quality and safety expectations. The position supports various winery operations including bottling, fermentation, and equipment maintenance.
