Center Assistant

The Center Assistant role supports the Star View Teammates - High Fidelity Wraparound program by performing administrative and clerical tasks, including data entry, phone handling, and assisting physicians with client intake. The position requires managing confidential client information, coordinating with psychiatrists for accurate EMR and DMH paperwork, and providing backup support to reception and medical records staff. This role contributes to comprehensive behavioral and social support services for children, youth, and families dealing with trauma, mental illness, neglect, or substance abuse.
