About this role
The Behavior Technician provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum, primarily in one-to-one settings, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The role supports clients’ development of communication, social, and school-readiness skills while collaborating with caregivers and clinical staff. Candidates must hold or be willing to obtain RBT certification and required health/safety clearances. The position involves interaction with families and maintenance of timely clinical documentation.
