About this role
Life Skills Autism Academy is seeking outstanding Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children on the Autism Spectrum. The role involves working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to enhance critical developmental skills such as language and communication, social, and academic readiness. Candidates will either need current RBT certification or commitment to complete necessary training within their first 45 days of employment.
