About this role

A Registered Behavior Technician at Life Skills Autism Academy provides direct client care in 1:1 and group settings utilizing intensive teaching and natural environment training, follows individualized treatment plans, collects and records data on client behavior, and communicates with parents and caregivers.

Responsibilities

Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings utilizing intensive teaching and natural environment training
Follow prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols as outlined in the client’s individualized treatment plan
Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior
Assist with parent and caregiver training in line with the client’s individualized treatment and behavior reduction protocols
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment
