About this role
A Behavior Technician works directly with children with autism to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. The role focuses on teaching communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. Comprehensive training is provided and the position requires physical activity and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Employees will have the opportunity to pursue Registered Behavior Technician certification as part of their career progression.
