About this role

Behavior Technicians provide center-based, one-on-one and group Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum under the supervision of a BCBA/BC, following individualized behavior intervention plans. The role supports development of communication, social, and school-readiness skills and involves documentation, data recording, and caregiver communication. Candidates must be at least 18, have reliable transportation, and either hold RBT certification or be willing to complete training and testing shortly after hire.
