About this role
A Behavior Technician delivers ABA therapy in 1:1 and small-group settings under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support developmental skills for children with autism. The role requires either current RBT certification or willingness to complete a 40-hour ABA training and sit for the RBT exam within 45 days of hire. The position is full-time, center-based, and focused on supporting language, social, and academic readiness while working closely with families and clinical staff.
