About this role
A Behavior Technician at Life Skills Autism Academy provides one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum under the direction and supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The role supports development of language, communication, social, and academic readiness through structured and natural environment teaching. Candidates must be RBT-certified or willing to complete required training and the RBT exam shortly after hire.
