Center Director

This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the daily operations of a designated Red Shield Youth Center, ensuring high-quality program delivery and a safe environment for youth. The role involves supervising and training staff, managing facilities and fleet operations, and fostering strong community and school partnerships. The Center Director also ensures compliance with safety standards and organizational mission alignment while driving positive outcomes for youth development.
