Center Manager

The Center Manager acts as the educational lead for one or more Head Start centers, ensuring the full implementation of the Family Guidance Center Early learning system and policies to support children in achieving School Readiness Goals. This role involves supervising center staff, including teachers and program aides, while providing assistance and guidance to help them effectively fulfill their responsibilities. The position focuses on supporting staff in areas such as teacher-child interactions, curriculum implementation, child assessment, and family engagement.
