Center Operations Manager

The Center Operations Manager oversees daily plasma donation operations, ensuring high compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. This role involves managing and developing a team of technicians and staff while implementing strategies to improve donor retention and operational efficiency. The position also requires serving as a backup to the Center Manager and, if qualified, the Center Physician to ensure continuous business operations and donor safety.
