About this role
The Center Worker / Van Escort provides direct care and transportation assistance for participants of an Adult Day Health Center, supporting their daily needs and safety both on-site and during van transport. The role reports to the Center Supervisor and helps maintain a safe, organized environment while participating in documentation and team coordination. It supports IOA’s mission to help older adults and adults with disabilities remain independent and engaged in the community.
