Centers of Excellence Program Manager

The Centers of Excellence Program Manager provides operational leadership and programmatic oversight for the Cancer Center’s Centers of Excellence, initially assigned to the Rady Center. This role partners with leadership to advance strategic, research, financial, philanthropic, educational, and programmatic priorities while managing complex programs and initiatives. The position serves as the primary operational partner to Center leadership, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and ensuring effective coordination across diverse stakeholders. The role also involves supervising program staff and contributing to the development of shared processes and best practices as the portfolio grows.
