This dedicated specialist role focuses exclusively on solving the most complex and escalated diagnostic problems within a Mercedes-Benz dealership, handling intermittent faults, advanced electrical issues, and multi-system failures. The technician utilizes deep platform knowledge and factory diagnostic tools like XENTRY and DAS to identify root causes and document precise repair paths for service advisors. This position serves as the primary technical resource for the shop, providing guidance on difficult cases while maintaining a methodical and systematic approach to vehicle diagnostics.
