Central Scheduling Resource Coordinator

The Central Scheduling Resource Coordinator ensures compliance with departmental standards for OR scheduling and block management across multiple UCSF Health Systems locations. This role acts as a Superuser for Optime scheduling, providing support and guidance to decentralized schedulers and clinical staff to maintain scheduling accuracy and efficiency. The position collaborates with Perioperative leadership to identify workflow improvements and enhance partnerships between surgical clinics and the OR.
