Central Scheduling Resource Coordinator

The Central Scheduling Resource Coordinator ensures compliance with departmental standards for OR scheduling and block management across multiple UCSF Health Systems locations. This role acts as a Superuser for Optime scheduling, providing support and guidance to decentralized schedulers and clinical staff to maintain scheduling accuracy and efficiency. The position involves troubleshooting administrative and IT issues, monitoring performance, and collaborating with Perioperative leadership to identify workflow improvements and enhance patient access.
