A CTC Operator 1 (Security Officer) monitors cameras, alarms, and access control systems to protect industrial and commercial client properties against fire, vandalism, and illegal entry. The role answers routine and emergency calls, dispatches security and emergency personnel, maintains logs and incident records, and communicates incident information to leadership. The operator works in a 24/7 operations center supporting situational awareness and threat identification.
