About this role
MultiCare is hiring a Neuroscience Scheduler (Centralized Patient Access Representative III) to support Neurology & Sleep Medicine, Physical Medicine & Rehab, and Epilepsy services. The role serves new and existing patients through a centralized inbound call center, helping them navigate care and stay informed. This is a full-time day-shift position (Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:40pm) within a large community-based health system in Washington state.
