Centralized Scheduler

The Centralized Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and scheduling tests, procedures, and clinic visits for patients across various departments, including surgery, radiology, and cardiac cath labs. This role ensures accurate patient demographics and insurance information are entered into the system while coordinating with departments regarding equipment and supplies. The scheduler prepares and distributes surgical schedules and on-call lists to relevant personnel.
