This role involves leading a well-established independent womenswear fashion brand through a business turnaround and growth phase. The position requires experienced leadership to invest capital, restructure operations, and expand the business across D2C eCommerce, B2C Digital Marketplaces, and select B2B Retail channels. The successful candidate will work alongside the founder, who will remain as a technical advisor, to revitalize the brand's market presence and financial performance.
