CEQA Senior Environmental Planner

This role leads CEQA document preparation and ensures procedural and technical accuracy for projects in Orange County and San Diego County. The position involves preparing EIRs, MNDs, Addenda, and Exemption Findings while managing project scopes, schedules, and technical staff. It also requires supporting entitlement teams with CEQA guidance and occasionally representing the firm at public meetings and client presentations.
