Certification Content and Systems Architect

The Certification Content and Systems Architect will design and maintain the curriculum, assessments, and competency frameworks that power Anthropic’s credentialing programs. You will own the educational substance of certifications and build AI-native systems to create, evaluate, and scale assessments across multiple programs. The role partners closely with go-to-market and partnerships teams to ensure certifications meet audience and business needs while remaining rigorous and current. You will focus on scalable, automated tooling to keep content and item banks up to date as product capabilities evolve.
